Content hosted on our services should adhere to enforced laws and policies of the United States, United Kingdom, and the Philippines, in addition to any other country where services from HostCule are offered.
In addition, activities that create a disturbance to the normal operations of HostCule and/or its services will be dealt with accordingly, either through non-refundable service suspensions and/or service/contract terminations. These activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
It is HostCule's intent and guarantee to ensure that your personal information is kept private and will never sell and/or give your information to any third party without your consent. Exceptions for this will be if HostCule is served a legally-verifiable document demanding for our cooperation.
HostCule keeps backups of its servers in the event of hardware failure, data loss, or any emergency situation. However, this does not mean that we (HostCule and its administrators) are responsible for keeping your content backed-up. By signing up for our services, the client understands and accepts that he/she holds responsibility over his/her content and keeping it safe.
In addition, HostCule will never use your content without your permission. The only copies HostCule makes of your data are the backups we make for emergency backups and the live content that is served from our platform.
Should any client violate these terms, the related service shall either be suspended or terminated depending on the severity of the offense. Suspended and/or terminated contracts and accounts are non-refundable and non-revertible. If the service in question can be restored, we will charge a restoration fee, a minimum of $25, to restore the service. Upon restoration, the client has 12 hours starting from the unsuspension time to deal with the problem. Restoration fees are non-refundable.
All services, except otherwise stated on its offer page (these includes our Budget Plans as well as any special offer), are entitled to a 24-hour money-back guarantee.
Filing a chargeback from any of our payment methods automatically removes your right to a refund, and in addition your account will be closed and reported to FraudRecord.
Paying via BitCoin or any other supported cryptocurrency waives your right to a refund. We do this for security purposes.
We issue service credits depending on the severity of any outage. We define an outage as a HostCule-acknowledged outage posted on https://status.hostcule.com.
Service credits are issued to your account and is non-transferrable and/or non-convertible to cash.
